PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING TO RUANG// JOURNAL.

These Terms set out the rules governing publication in RUANG// Journal and the conditions under which Authors submit and license written work to the Publisher. They also outline how our site may be used when accessing or submitting materials related to RUANG// Journal.

RUANG// Journal is a brand operated by PT OANNES ASTRIX ZEUS, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its registered address at: Jalan Munduk Tengah Nomor 3, Desa/Kelurahan Pererenan, Kec. Mengwi, Kab. Badung, Provinsi Bali.

By submitting work to RUANG// in any form and by accepting payment for that work, the Author agrees to these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Publisher” refers to RUANG// Journal, operated by PT OANNES ASTRIX ZEUS.
1.2 “Author” refers to the individual submitting written work for consideration.
1.3 “Work” refers to the text submitted by the Author for publication.

2. Copyright and Ownership

2.1 The Author retains full copyright and intellectual ownership of the Work.
2.2 The Author affirms that the Work is original, not previously published, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

3. Grant of Rights to the Publisher
Upon acceptance of the Work, the Author grants the Publisher the following rights:

3.1 Exclusive First Publication Right
The Publisher has the exclusive right to publish the Work for the first time. The Author shall not publish the Work elsewhere prior to first publication by the Publisher.
3.2 Non-Exclusive Licence After First Publication
Following first publication, the Publisher holds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the Work in all formats now known or later developed.
3.3 Right to Publish in Print and Digital Formats
The Publisher may publish the Work in its online and print editions, including digital archives, promotional materials, and platforms associated with RUANG//.
3.4 Right to Reproduce the Work in Future Publications
The Publisher may include the Work in future anthologies, compilations, catalogues, or books, whether distributed free of charge or sold commercially, without additional royalty to the Author.
3.5 Right to Editorial Adaptation
The Publisher may edit the Work for clarity, length, style, or formatting. Substantive changes require the Author’s approval.

4. Republishing by the Author

4.1 After first publication by the Publisher, the Author may republish the Work elsewhere.
4.2 Any subsequent publication must include the credit: “Originally published in RUANG// Journal.”
4.3 For online republication, the credit must include a link to the Publisher’s website or the original publication page.

5. Author Representations and Warranties
The Author warrants that:

5.1 The Work is entirely original.
5.2 The Work contains no defamatory, unlawful, or infringing material.
5.3 Any quoted or reproduced material is used with proper permission or within permitted use.

6. Payment and Acceptance

6.1 The Publisher shall pay the Author a contributor fee as agreed in writing.
6.2 Acceptance of payment constitutes binding acceptance of these Publication Terms.
6.3 Alternatively, the Author may accept these Terms by written confirmation, including by email.

7. Moral Rights

7.1 The Author retains the right to be identified as the author of the Work.
7.2 The Publisher shall not materially distort or alter the Work in a manner prejudicial to the Author’s honour or reputation.

8. Duration of Rights

8.1 All rights granted to the Publisher under these Terms remain in effect for the full duration of copyright, unless otherwise terminated by mutual written agreement.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Author and the Publisher concerning publication of the Work in RUANG// Journal and supersede all prior verbal or written agreements relating to the Work.
